Its flame retardant grade reaches UL 94 V-0, which can effectively prevent the spread of flame in case of fire, improving the safety performance of wires and cables. The volume resistivity reaches 1.2×10^13 Ω·cm, ensuring the insulating properties of PVC cable jackets, and will not affect the conductive performance of wires. Its weather resistance time reaches 1500 hours of UV aging without cracking, effectively improving the outdoor service life of cable jackets. It does not contain lead, cadmium and other heavy metals, meeting the environmental protection requirements of the global wire and cable industry, and can meet the RoHS and REACH certification requirements of the EU market.

This product appears as a white powder with an active ingredient content of 98%, thermal stability time of 90 minutes at 200℃, volume resistivity of 1.2×10^13 Ω·cm, oxygen index ≥32%, and heavy metal content of 0ppm. The recommended addition amount is 3.5-4.5 phr (per hundred parts of resin). It is packaged in 25kg waterproof paper bags, with a shelf life of 12 months. It needs to be stored in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures. During transportation, it should be protected from rain and moisture to prevent product agglomeration, which will affect the processing performance.
