Post RFQ
It adopts a granulation coating process to turn traditional powder stabilizers into dust-free granules, completely solving the dust pollution problem in the production link and reducing the risk of occupational diseases in workshops. The new composite antioxidant and light stabilizer composite system improves the weather resistance of products, with a yellowing rating of ≤3 after 1000h of artificial accelerated aging. It has a stable thermal stability time and adapts to a wide processing temperature range of 150-200℃, with flexible dosage, suitable for various PVC products such as rigid pipes and plates.

This stabilizer appears as gray-white free-flowing granules, with a particle size range of 1.0-3.0mm, volatile content of ≤0.2%. Its roller thermal stability time at 180℃ is ≥58min, complying with EU REACH SVHC candidate list exemption requirements, with dust concentration ≤0.1mg/m³. The recommended dosage is 2.0-3.0phr. It is packaged in 20Kg lined cardboard boxes, stored in a cool and ventilated place with a shelf life of 18 months.
It is suitable for the production of general PVC products such as PVC rigid pipes, building plates, electrical wiring troughs and soft wire jackets. It is especially suitable for large PVC processing plants with a high degree of automation, solving the dust pollution problem of traditional powder batching, improving the workshop operating environment, and meeting EU environmental export standards to help manufacturers expand overseas markets.
