It does not contain heavy metals and harmful solvents, meets RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards, and can be used to produce indoor wire and cable jackets, meeting the environmental protection requirements of home decoration wires. It can also improve the insulation performance of PVC jackets and improve the safety performance of wire and cables.
The effective component content is not less than 97.5%, the appearance is off-white free-flowing powder with no peculiar smell; the thermal stability time at 180℃ is not less than 30 minutes; it is suitable for general PVC resins from SG-5 to SG-6; it passes RoHS 2.0 and REACH environmental certifications; the shelf life is 12 months when unopened; the standard package is 25kg kraft paper bags with liner; the recommended addition ratio is 1.5-2.2 phr of resin dosage; the suitable processing temperature range is 160-200℃; the volatile organic compound content is ≤0.3%; it needs to be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding moisture.
It is mainly used in the production of PVC insulation jacket products such as indoor home decoration wire and cable jackets, low-voltage power cable jackets, communication cable jackets. It is suitable for single-screw and twin-screw extrusion production lines, which can reduce the odor pollution of the production workshop, improve the working environment quality of workers, and meet the environmental protection and safety performance requirements of the wire and cable industry.
