Adopts a high-activity calcium zinc compound system, matched with anti-impact synergistic additives, which can effectively improve the impact strength of PVC pipes, increasing by about 12% compared with ordinary calcium zinc stabilizers. It has ultra-long thermal stability time, up to more than 35 minutes at 180℃, suitable for high-temperature extrusion processing technologies, meeting the high-speed production requirements of large-scale PVC pipe production lines. It does not contain lead, cadmium and other heavy metals, meets ISO 14001 and GB/T 19001 quality management system certification, and can meet the environmental protection acceptance standards of municipal engineering. It can also improve the plasticization efficiency of PVC melt and reduce the production cost of pipes.

The effective component content is not less than 98.0%, the appearance is white free-flowing powder with no visible impurities; the thermal stability time at 180℃ is not less than 35 minutes; it is suitable for high-density PVC resins from SG-7 to SG-8; it passes ISO 14001 environmental management system and GB/T 19001 quality management system certification; the shelf life is 12 months when unopened; the standard package is 25kg heavy-duty kraft paper bags; the recommended addition ratio is 1.8-2.5 phr of resin dosage; the suitable processing temperature range is 170-210℃; it can improve the impact strength of PVC pipes by about 12%; it needs to be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoiding moisture.
It is mainly used in the production of municipal engineering hard PVC products such as municipal water supply and drainage PVC pipes, electrical threading PVC pipes, communication PVC protective sleeves. It is suitable for large-scale twin-screw extrusion production lines, can meet the processing requirements of high-speed production, improve the pressure bearing capacity and long-term durability of pipes, and help producers enter the municipal engineering procurement supply chain.
