It has excellent thermal stability efficiency, with a thermal stability time of more than 28 minutes at 180℃, and is suitable for twin-screw extrusion, injection molding and other processing technologies. It does not contain heavy metals such as lead and cadmium, meets global mainstream environmental certification requirements, and helps producers avoid environmental compliance risks. It can also improve PVC melt fluidity, reduce equipment energy consumption, optimize product appearance quality, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

The effective component content is not less than 98.5%, the appearance is white free-flowing powder with no visible impurities; the thermal stability time at 180℃ is not less than 28 minutes; it is suitable for general PVC resins from SG-5 to SG-8; it passes RoHS 2.0 environmental certification with no excessive heavy metals detected; the shelf life is 12 months when unopened; the standard package is 25kg kraft paper bags; the recommended addition ratio is 1.2-2.0 phr of resin dosage; the suitable processing temperature range is 165-195℃; it needs to be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with the relative humidity of the storage environment not exceeding 70%.
It is mainly used in the processing and production of hard PVC products such as PVC building profiles (doors, windows, guardrails, decorative lines), extruded decorative wall panels, PVC electrical wiring slots, garden PVC pipes and other building hard products. It is suitable for single-screw and twin-screw extrusion production lines, can meet large-scale mass production needs, and help producers reduce environmental rectification costs and improve product market competitiveness.
