Its weather resistance grade reaches grade 5, with no fading or cracking after 1000 hours of UV aging, effectively improving the outdoor service life of PVC profiles. The bulking density is 0.65 g/cm³, which is convenient for automatic batching and feeding in production lines, reducing the labor intensity of workers. The addition of 8% impact modifier improves the impact strength of PVC profiles by 15%, making them more suitable for high-wind pressure and low-temperature environments. It has excellent compatibility with processing aids such as ACR, ensuring the smooth progress of the production process and reducing the generation of defective products.

This product appears as a white powder with an active ingredient content of 97%, bulk density of 0.65 g/cm³, thermal stability time of 85 minutes at 190℃, and heavy metal content of 0ppm. The recommended addition amount is 3.0-4.0 phr (per hundred parts of resin). It is packaged in 25kg waterproof paper bags, with a shelf life of 12 months. It needs to be stored in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures. During transportation, it should be protected from rain and moisture to prevent product agglomeration, which will affect the batching accuracy.
It is mainly used in the production of rigid PVC profiles such as doors and windows, building curtain wall panels, special-shaped materials for construction, and pipeline supports. It meets the environmental protection requirements of the global construction materials industry, and has passed the testing of national building materials quality inspection institutions.
