The liquid form has a viscosity of 260-300 mPa·s at 25℃, making it easy to add and mix evenly with PVC resin, reducing production downtime caused by material dispersion. It has a flash point of ≥190℃, meeting the safety requirements of industrial processing, and the ultra-low volatile matter content avoids the generation of harmful gases during processing, ensuring a safe production environment. It does not contain lead, cadmium and other heavy metals, meeting the environmental protection requirements of EU and global markets.
This product is a light yellow transparent liquid with an active ingredient content of 95%, volatile matter content ≤0.4%, viscosity of 260-300 mPa·s at 25℃, and flash point ≥190℃. The recommended addition amount is 2.0-3.0 phr (per hundred parts of resin). It is packaged in food-grade plastic drums or 20L sealed containers, with a shelf life of 12 months. It needs to be stored in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures. During transportation, it should be protected from collision and extrusion to prevent packaging damage and liquid leakage.
