It has excellent process flow, which can reduce screw torque and energy consumption, improve the production speed of extrusion production lines, and increase production efficiency by up to 30%. It does not contain any toxic and harmful substances, complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environmental protection and quality management standards, and has good weather resistance, which can improve the outdoor service life of extruded products.

It is a uniform gray-white powder with a particle size range of 18-28μm, a stable density of 1.13g/cm³±0.05, volatile matter content controlled within 0.3%, a pH value between 6.6 and 7.6, and a thermal stability time of no less than 40 minutes at 200℃. The heavy metal content is less than 20ppm, and it passes the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. The packaging uses waterproof pallet packages, with 40 bags of 25kg products per pallet, and supports custom packaging solutions according to customer needs.
It is mainly used in the production of high-speed extruded PVC products, including building PVC doors and windows profiles, outdoor decoration PVC boards, high-speed extruded films for food packaging, industrial PVC special-shaped materials and other scenarios.
