It adopts a microemulsified calcium-zinc composite system combined with hindered phenol antioxidants, which significantly improves the processing stability and yellowing resistance of soft PVC, avoiding the problem of product hardening and reduced elasticity caused by traditional stabilizers. It has good dispersibility, can be uniformly mixed into soft PVC powder without additional mixing equipment to achieve uniform dispersion. It does not contain harmful plasticizer additives such as phthalates, complies with REACH SVHC restriction requirements, and will not have adverse reactions with commonly used eco-friendly plasticizers, compatible with mainstream eco-friendly plasticizer systems such as DINP and DOTP.

It is a white microcrystalline powder with a particle size range of 8-15μm, a stable density of 1.08g/cm³±0.03, volatile matter content controlled within 0.4%, a pH value between 6.8 and 7.6, and a thermal stability time of no less than 20 minutes at 190℃. The heavy metal content is less than 30ppm, and it passes the REACH SVHC compliance certification. The packaging uses food-grade composite plastic bags, with a net content of 20kg per bag, and supports adjusting the packaging weight according to customer needs.
It is mainly used in the production of soft PVC products, including soft PVC accessories for children's toys, PVC soft films for home curtains, PVC seal strips for automobile interiors, soft PVC pipes for medical infusion tubes and other scenarios. It adapts to multiple soft PVC processing technologies such as kneading, calendering and extrusion, providing eco-friendly and performance-stable heat stabilizer solutions for soft PVC product manufacturers.
