It adopts a composite calcium-zinc soap salt formula with an appropriate amount of β-diketone auxiliary stabilizer, which significantly improves initial color hold and long-term thermal stability, helping to reduce initial yellowing often associated with traditional calcium zinc stabilizers. It has good processability, which can reduce screw torque and processing energy consumption, and help improve production efficiency. It is free of lead, cadmium and other heavy metals, complies with RoHS 2.0 environmental standards, and meets the environmental requirements of the EU market. At the same time, it is economical and affordable, supporting cost control for mass-produced rigid PVC products and balancing environmental protection and economic benefits.

It is a uniform light yellow powder with a particle size range of 15-25μm, a stable density of 1.10g/cm³±0.05, volatile matter content not exceeding 0.5%, a pH value between 6.2 and 7.4, and a thermal stability time of no less than 25 minutes at 180℃. The contents of heavy metals lead and cadmium are less than 50ppm and 5ppm respectively, and it passes the ROHS 2.0 environmental protection certification. The packaging uses waterproof woven bags, with a net content of 25kg per bag, and supports small-batch custom packaging according to customer needs.
It is mainly used in the mass production of rigid PVC products, including building water supply and drainage PVC pipes, indoor decoration PVC boards, PVC jackets for wires and cables, industrial PVC pipe fittings and other applications. It is compatible with multiple processing technologies such as extrusion, injection molding and calendering. It is a practical and reliable option for small and medium-sized PVC product manufacturers switching to environmentally friendly stabilizers, helping to reduce conversion costs while meeting environmental compliance requirements.
