Adopts ultrafine calcium-zinc composite powder with an average particle size ≤50μm, which can be uniformly dispersed in the PVC matrix without affecting the light transmittance of the product, with light transmittance ≥90% for 2mm samples, color number ≤10 Hazen, ensuring high transparency and pure appearance of the product, no precipitation, no auxiliary agent precipitation after long-term storage, with excellent thermal stability performance, thermal stability time up to 12 minutes at 185℃, complying with food contact and medical safety standards, compared with similar transparent stabilizers, can improve the tensile strength of products by about 10%, reducing the risk of melt cracking during processing.

The appearance is white ultrafine powder, average particle size ≤50μm, light transmittance ≥90% for 2mm samples, thermal stability time of 12 minutes at 185℃, free fatty acid content ≤0.2%, suitable for transparent PVC systems, color number ≤10 Hazen, no precipitation, packaging specification of 15 kg per carton, shelf life of 18 months, compatibility with transparent plasticizers such as DOA and DINP ≥98%, applicable processing temperature range of 170-210℃, suitable for injection molding, extrusion, calendering and other transparent PVC processing technologies, heavy metal content ≤5 ppm, complying with FDA 21 CFR and GB 4806.7 standards.
