This product is formed by compounding E-glass fiber and polyester resin, with excellent electrical insulation performance, which will not conduct current, making it suitable for anti-floating reinforcement of underground structures around power substations. It has good resistance to microbial erosion, and can maintain stable anchoring performance in high-pollution environments such as sewage treatment plants. The lightweight design reduces the difficulty of construction and the demand for large hoisting equipment, and the material will not rust, eliminating the need for regular anti-corrosion maintenance. It solves the pain point of high maintenance costs of traditional steel anchor rods in long-term use.

The product has optional diameters of 18mm, 22mm, 25mm and 30mm, with a single length ranging from 2m to 16m. The tensile yield strength is not less than 350MPa, the bending strength is ≥200MPa, and the water absorption rate is ≤0.2%. The temperature resistance range is from -40℃ to 80℃, and the designed anchor bearing capacity of each specification is as follows: 18mm model ≥90kN, 30mm model ≥250kN. The matching GFRP composite anchor nuts have good corrosion resistance, and the thickness of the anchor plate is not less than 8mm to ensure stable force transmission.
This product is mainly applicable to the anti-floating reinforcement of underground pipe gallery foundations, underground garages of residential quarters, underground structures around power substations, and anti-floating reinforcement of underground pools in sewage treatment plants. It is suitable for anti-floating projects in areas with high humidity and weak corrosive environments, and can meet the anti-floating needs of most conventional municipal and civil construction projects.
