The core advantage of this detachable anti-floating anchor rod lies in the reusable detachable structure, solving the pain point that traditional permanent anchor rods cannot be recycled, greatly reducing the material cost of temporary engineering. It adopts Q355 low alloy structural steel and hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, with high strength and corrosion resistance, which can meet the anti-floating support requirements of temporary engineering. The installation speed is fast, with an average of 30 minutes per unit, which increases the construction efficiency by more than 50% compared with traditional anchor rods. The product adopts a snap-type anchoring structure, which can be installed and disassembled without special tensioning equipment, and only conventional wrenches are required for disassembly operations on site without complex tools. In addition, the product complies with the JGJ 145-2013 building anchoring standard, and has undergone strict bearing capacity testing to ensure the structural safety of temporary engineering.
The main body of this product is made of Q355 low alloy structural steel, and the surface is treated with hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion, with a galvanized layer thickness ≥85μm, with excellent corrosion resistance. The diameter of a single anchor rod ranges from 18mm to 28mm, the conventional anchorage length is 2m to 6m, and can be customized according to project needs. The ultimate uplift bearing capacity ranges from 100kN to 250kN, adapting to the anti-floating needs of small and medium-sized temporary underground engineering. The disassembly time is only 1.5 to 2 hours per unit, without damaging the underground rock and soil structure. The recycled anchor rod can be reused again after simple rust removal and lubrication treatment, and the number of repeated uses can reach more than 5 times. The weight of a single product is ≤15kg, and the packaging adopts wooden case packaging, which is convenient for transportation and on-site storage. Conventional drilling and grouting process is adopted for installation, no special construction equipment is required, and it adapts to common light drilling equipment.
This detachable anti-floating anchor rod is mainly suitable for various temporary underground engineering scenarios, including urban temporary foundation pit support, underground foundation of large temporary exhibition venues, post-disaster temporary resettlement buildings, temporary underground parking lots and other scenarios. During large-scale events, this product can quickly provide reliable anti-floating support for temporary buildings, and can be quickly disassembled and recycled after the event for other temporary projects, greatly reducing the support cost of temporary engineering. In addition, the product can also be used for embankment anti-floating support of short-term water conservancy projects and foundation reinforcement of temporary storage buildings. Compared with traditional permanent anchor rods, this product can realize the recycling of materials, reduce the generation of construction waste, and conform to the requirements of green construction.
