It adopts high-pressure grouting process, which can fully fill the rock and soil gaps around the anchorage section with grouting materials, improving the bonding strength between the anchorage section and the surrounding rock and soil, with an overall bonding strength of more than 3.5MPa. The product adopts epoxy powder coating anti-corrosion treatment, with an anti-corrosion grade reaching ISO 12944 C5-I level, capable of resisting corrosion from complex soil environments, with a service life of more than 70 years. In addition, the product uses a special underreaming drill bit for construction, which can accurately control the underreaming diameter, ensuring that the bearing capacity of each anchor rod is consistent, complying with national building anchoring standards and international AASHTO standards.
The main material of this product is HRB500 grade threaded steel bar, with a diameter range of 25mm to 40mm, the conventional anchorage length is 5m to 15m, and can be customized with extra-long length according to project needs. The underreamed diameter ranges from 400mm to 800mm, which can be adjusted according to geological conditions and bearing capacity requirements. The ultimate uplift bearing capacity ranges from 300kN to 800kN, adapting to the anti-floating needs of large underground buildings. The anchorage section adopts high-pressure grouting process, with grouting pressure ≥2MPa and grouting fullness ≥98%, ensuring the bonding strength between the anchorage section and the surrounding rock and soil. The product adopts epoxy powder coating, with a coating thickness ≥200μm, with excellent corrosion resistance. The weight of a single product ranges from 25kg to 80kg, and the packaging adopts steel pallet packaging, which is convenient for transportation and on-site hoisting. Special underreaming drilling equipment is required for construction to ensure that the underreamed diameter meets the design requirements and ensure that the overall bearing capacity meets the standards.
This underreamed anti-floating anchor rod is mainly suitable for large underground construction projects in soft soil areas and high groundwater levels, including large underground oil tank farms, high-speed railway station underground structures, super high-rise underground commercial spaces, large airport underground parking lots and other scenarios. In soft soil areas, due to the low bonding strength of rock and soil, traditional straight rod anchor rods cannot meet the high bearing capacity requirements, and this underreamed anchor rod can greatly improve the uplift bearing capacity, effectively offsetting the uplift force of groundwater and avoiding structural deformation or damage.
