The core advantage is the minimal installation space requirement. The nominal diameter of the rod body is only 10mm to 20mm, and it can be constructed in narrow underground pipeline trenches and old building auxiliary spaces. It uses polymer cement mortar for grouting, with high bonding strength, and the rod body can be selected from HRB335 steel rebar or glass fiber reinforced plastic, adapting to different corrosion conditions. Compared with traditional anti-floating anchor rods, its construction equipment only requires a small electric drill and a manual grouting pump, without large drilling rigs, greatly reducing construction costs and equipment requirements, and is suitable for small anti-floating reinforcement projects in narrow spaces.

The rod body can be selected from HRB335 grade steel rebar or FRP composite material, with nominal diameters covering four specifications of 10mm, 12mm, 16mm and 20mm. The single anchor rod length supports customization of 2m, 3m, 4m, 6m and 8m, with ultimate pull-out load covering 30kN to 120kN. It uses polymer cement mortar for grouting to ensure the firm bonding between the rod body and the surrounding rock and soil. The packaging is encapsulated in PE plastic bags and then packed in solid wooden cases, with 50-100 meters loaded per case. The drilling hole diameter adapts to 20mm-30mm, adapting to anti-floating reinforcement in narrow spaces such as underground pipeline trenches, old building balcony bottoms and small equipment foundations, and adapting to loose strata such as soft soil and silt with water depth ≤15m.

It is suitable for anti-floating reinforcement of old community underground pipeline renovation, anti-floating reinforcement of old urban building auxiliary spaces, anti-floating stability of small outdoor equipment foundations and temporary support of underground pipeline trenches. It solves the pain point that large anti-floating anchor rods cannot be used in narrow spaces, with fast construction speed, and single installation only takes 15-30 minutes. It is widely used in micro anti-floating support of old urban renovation projects and small municipal engineering projects in domestic cities.
