The core highlight is its reusable recycling function. It adopts 304 stainless steel anchor head and 40Cr alloy steel rod body, and achieves anchoring with rock and soil through a mechanical locking device, without full-section grouting. After construction is completed, it can be easily disassembled and recycled through special tools, with a recycling rate of ≥95%. Compared with traditional anchor rods, it saves 60% of material costs. It is pain point of material waste caused by traditional anchor rods that cannot be recycled, and complies with domestic green building codes.
It adopts 304 stainless steel anchor head and 40Cr alloy steel rod body, with nominal diameters covering four specifications of 32mm, 38mm, 42mm and 48mm. The single anchor rod length supports customization of 5m, 8m, 10m, 15m and 18m, with ultimate pull-out load covering 200kN to 600kN. The rod body adopts a quick-release joint design, and the recycling tool adapts to common electric wrenches. The packaging adopts metal iron frame fixation, with 10-15 anchor rods loaded per frame. The drilling hole diameter adapts to 40mm-60mm, and only a small amount of sealing mortar is needed for grouting, adapting to various strata with water depth ≤22m.
It is suitable for anti-floating reinforcement of temporary underground parking lots, large-scale exhibition temporary venues, post-disaster temporary resettlement buildings and temporary anti-floating reinforcement before urban old city reconstruction. It solves the pain point of material waste of anti-floating support materials in temporary projects, and the recycled anchor rods can be reused for 3-5 temporary projects, greatly reducing the project budget. It complies with domestic green construction requirements, and is widely used in temporary support scenarios of large domestic convention and exhibition centers and urban renewal projects.
