This product adopts a segmented bolt connection structure, which can be quickly assembled and disassembled on site without professional large-scale equipment, and the disassembly efficiency is more than 80% higher than that of traditional permanent anchor rods. After the project is completed, the anchor rod can be completely recycled, and after simple rust removal and maintenance, it can be reused for 3 to 5 times, greatly reducing the material cost of temporary projects. The hot dip galvanized surface treatment ensures that the anchor rod still has good corrosion resistance during repeated use, and can adapt to most conventional construction site environments. It solves the pain point of high material waste of traditional anchor rods in temporary construction projects.

The product has optional diameters of 20mm, 24mm and 28mm, and can be assembled into a total length of 3m to 18m through optional 1m, 1.5m and 2m segments. The tensile strength is not less than 480MPa, the galvanized coating thickness is 85μm, and the designed anchor bearing capacity of each specification is as follows: 20mm model ≥180kN, 28mm model ≥280kN. The matching detachable clamping anchor can adapt to installation torque between 80 and 200N·m, and the supporting disassembly tools can complete the disassembly work within 10 minutes per single rod. The product complies with the JGJ 106 construction standard, ensuring the safety and reliability of construction.
This product is mainly applicable to the anti-floating reinforcement of temporary building foundations, anti-floating reinforcement of large-scale event temporary venue foundations, anti-floating support of short-term construction foundation pits, and anti-floating reinforcement of post-disaster temporary resettlement building foundations. It can be recycled and reused after the project is completed, and can be used for other temporary construction projects, effectively reducing the project cost of temporary engineering.
