The micro-diameter design allows construction in narrow spaces with a minimum drilling diameter of 25mm, which will not cause great damage to the original building structure. The ultra-fine cement slurry can penetrate into small gaps in the soft soil layer, improving the bonding strength between the anchor rod and the soil. The high-pressure grouting technology can ensure that the grouting is full, and the anchoring force is more stable. Compared with traditional large-scale anchor rods, the construction cost is reduced by 35%, and the construction period is shortened by 50%.

The rod has three optional diameters of 16mm, 18mm and 22mm, with a single standard length ranging from 3m to 8m. The minimum drilling diameter required for construction is 25mm, and the high-pressure grouting pressure is controlled at 1.2-1.5MPa. The steel strand adopts 7-wire twisted structure, which has high tensile strength and good flexibility. The surface of the rod body is coated with a thin layer of anti-rust paint, meeting the C2 anti-corrosion grade requirements for general soil environments.

This product is mainly applicable to anti-floating reinforcement of old underground garages, anti-floating treatment of existing building foundations, narrow space underground pipeline projects and foundation reinforcement of old residential areas. It is especially suitable for scenarios where large-scale construction equipment cannot enter, and can complete the anti-floating reinforcement work without large-scale demolition of the original building structure.
