The core advantage is the prestress loading function, which can actively offset the uplift load generated by the rise of underground water level. Compared with traditional passive anti-floating anchor rods, it can control the structural deformation within ±2mm, solving the pain point of excessive uplift deformation of large underground structures. It adopts 7-wire 15.24mm prestressed steel strand with a tensile strength of 1860MPa, matched with a wedge-lock anchorage head for reliable anchoring. The HDPE corrugated pipe protects the rod body from corrosion, and high-strength cement grout is used for grouting to ensure the firm combination of the rod body and rock and soil. The prestress value can be adjusted according to project requirements, adapting to the anti-floating needs of large-span and ultra-deep underground projects.

It adopts 1860MPa grade 7-wire 15.24mm prestressed steel strand, and the single anchor rod length supports customization of 6m, 8m, 12m, 15m, 18m and 20m, with ultimate pull-out load covering 300kN to 800kN. The prestress tension range is 100kN to 300kN. The rod body is covered with an HDPE corrugated pipe to prevent the rod body from being contaminated during grouting. It is matched with a wedge-lock anchorage head and tensioning jack. The packaging adopts steel coil winding + wooden pallets, with a loading capacity of about 100-150 meters per pallet. The drilling hole diameter adapts to 100mm-150mm, and M40 high-strength cement grout is used for grouting, adapting to complex strata such as hard rock and dense sand layer with water depth ≤30m.

It is suitable for anti-floating reinforcement of super high-rise commercial complex basements, large convention and exhibition center underground exhibition halls, large-volume underground storage tanks and urban rail transit supporting underground structures. It can effectively control the structural uplift deformation and ensure the safety and stability of large underground structures. It is widely used in anti-floating support of underground projects of high-end commercial real estate projects and large transportation hub projects in first-tier domestic cities.
