The core advantage is its light weight and ultra-strong corrosion resistance. It adopts T700 grade unidirectional carbon fiber woven composite matrix, with tensile strength 40% higher than that of steel anchor rods of the same diameter, and its weight is only 28% of that of steel anchor rods, greatly reducing construction hoisting and handling costs. It does not need to worry about corrosion from salt fog and acid-base soil, and its service life can reach more than 50 years, reducing later maintenance work by 90% compared with steel anchor rods. It is pain point of short service life and high maintenance cost of traditional steel anchor rods in corrosive working conditions, and complies with ASTM and domestic composite building codes.

It is formed by curing T700 grade unidirectional carbon fiber and epoxy resin composite material, with nominal diameters covering four specifications of 18mm, 24mm, 30mm and 36mm. The single anchor rod length supports customization of 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m and 12m, with ultimate pull-out load covering 80kN to 320kN. The surface comes with anti-corrosion coating, and optional UV stabilizer coating can be provided for outdoor exposed scenes. The weight per meter is 1.2kg to 2.8kg, and the packaging adopts moisture-proof plastic-wooden pallets, with a loading capacity of about 500 meters per pallet. It adapts to drilling holes with a diameter of 30mm-45mm, and uses modified epoxy grout for grouting, adapting to various corrosive strata with water depth ≤25m.

It is suitable for anti-floating reinforcement of coastal city underground garages, offshore platform auxiliary structures, saline-alkali land industrial park basements and chemical park underground storage tanks. It adapts to complex strata with high salt fog and acid-base corrosion, solves the pain point of high maintenance cost of traditional steel anchor rods, and does not need regular rust removal and painting, greatly reducing the full life cycle cost. It is widely used in high-end real estate projects and marine engineering supporting facilities in coastal areas such as the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.
