The core advantage of this prestressed anti-floating anchor rod lies in the pre-tensioned structural design, which can establish initial uplift resistance at the initial stage of installation, exerting anti-floating effect earlier than ordinary anchor rods, solving the pain point that traditional anchor rods need to wait for grouting solidification to work. It adopts HRB400 grade steel bar material, with high strength and high toughness, capable of bearing load changes under complex geological conditions. At the same time, the supporting post-grouting process can strengthen the bonding force between the anchorage section and the surrounding rock and soil, further improving the overall bearing capacity. The product also has standardized installation interfaces, which can adapt to common anchoring construction equipment, shorten the construction period and reduce labor costs. It also strictly complies with domestic building anchoring industry standards and has third-party testing and certification, providing reliable guarantee for project safety.

The detailed specifications of this product are as follows: the main material is HRB400 grade threaded steel bar, with a diameter range of 20mm to 32mm, the conventional single length is 3m to 8m, and can be customized with extra-long length according to project needs. The ultimate uplift bearing capacity ranges from 150kN to 300kN, adapting to anti-floating needs of different scale underground buildings. The anchorage section adopts high-pressure grouting process, with grouting fullness ≥95%, and the bonding strength between surrounding rock and soil at the anchorage section ≥2.5MPa. The product adopts C5-M grade anti-corrosion coating, effectively resisting corrosion from soil and groundwater. The overall weight ranges from 12kg to 35kg per piece, and the packaging adopts steel frame bundling, which is convenient for transportation and on-site loading and unloading. During installation, special tensioning equipment is required for pre-tensioning, and the pre-tensioning stress is controlled within 60% of the yield strength of the steel bar to ensure structural safety.

This prestressed anti-floating anchor rod is mainly suitable for various underground construction projects, including urban underground parking lots, underground floors of commercial complexes, subway station structures, large underground oil tank farms and other scenarios. In coastal areas or areas with high groundwater levels, this product can effectively offset the uplift force of groundwater on the building floor, avoiding problems such as cracking and displacement of the structure. At the same time, the product can also be used for embankment anti-floating support of water conservancy projects and underground foundation reinforcement of large venues. It can adapt to common drilling and grouting equipment during construction, and the construction process is standardized, which can quickly complete the installation, greatly shortening the construction period of underground buildings and ensuring the on-time delivery of the project.
