This product adopts Q355 low-alloy high-strength steel as the main material, and the hot dip galvanized surface treatment process forms a uniform and dense protective coating, which has a 3 times longer service life than ordinary paint-coated anchor rods. The matching 8.8 grade high-strength carbon steel nuts and steel anchor plates ensure stable anchoring force and reliable connection. It can be customized in length according to the actual construction needs, adapting to different anchor depth requirements. It solves the pain points of traditional anchor rods such as easy rusting, insufficient tensile strength and high later maintenance costs, and can adapt to most geological conditions such as clay, sand and gravel strata through matching grouting construction technology.
The product has optional diameters of 16mm, 20mm, 25mm and 32mm, with a single length ranging from 2m to 20m. The tensile yield strength is not less than 500MPa, and the galvanized coating thickness is controlled between 80 and 90μm. The designed anchor bearing capacity of each specification is as follows: 16mm model ≥120kN, 20mm model ≥190kN, 25mm model ≥290kN, 32mm model ≥470kN. The material complies with the national standard GB/T 1499.2, and the matching nuts are 8.8 grade high-strength carbon steel with a thickness of the anchor plate not less than 10mm. It meets the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ensuring the stability and reliability of product quality in mass production.
This product is mainly applicable to the anti-floating reinforcement of underground foundations of underground parking lots, residential quarters, underground shopping malls and other underground buildings. It is also suitable for the anti-floating of elevated pier foundations, anti-seepage anchorage of small reservoir dams, and is particularly applicable to the high-humidity coastal areas in southern China, because the galvanized layer can effectively resist salt spray corrosion. It can also be used in the anti-floating reinforcement of underground structures in chemical parks after matching with special anti-corrosion coatings, expanding its application scope in harsh corrosive environments.
