It supports one-click import of PCB Gerber files to automatically generate inspection programs, and can customize exclusive inspection templates for special-shaped circuit boards. The system also supports remote after-sales maintenance and data export, minimizing production downtime caused by equipment failures.

The equipment has a detection accuracy of 0.01mm, a maximum detection speed of 1200 pieces per hour, and is equipped with 4 20-million-pixel industrial cameras. The field of view is 300*300mm, supporting maximum 500*600mm PCB boards. The power supply supports 110/220V voltage, with the overall size of 1200*800*1500mm and net weight of 850kg. It is pre-installed with SPC statistical analysis software, supports exporting detection data in Excel and PDF formats, and runs on Windows 10 Professional operating system.
