Adopting 12 sets of 16MP low-distortion industrial cameras to achieve full-coverage detection of flexible panels, the device supports recognition of 300+ unique flexible panel defects. It is equipped with an active vibration isolation base to eliminate workshop vibration interference, and its non-contact detection method avoids physical damage to sensitive flexible panels. The built-in deep learning algorithm can classify defects in real time and backtrack production data, and supports one-click switching of detection templates for different sizes of flexible screens, reducing operator training costs.

The overall machine dimensions are 3500mm(L)*2200mm(W)*2000mm(H), with an operating weight of 1200kg. It supports flexible panel sizes from 100*100mm to 800*1200mm, with a detection accuracy of ±0.005mm and a maximum detection speed of 80cm²/s. It runs on 380V AC 50/60Hz power, with a working environment requirement of 20-26℃ temperature and 40-70% relative humidity without condensation. It supports PROFINET and industrial Ethernet data transmission, uses Windows 10 IoT industrial operating system, offers multilingual operation interfaces, and can store over 20,000 historical inspection reports.

It is mainly used for production process inspection of flexible OLED, LCD panels, wearable device screens and foldable mobile phone screens, covering surface scratches, fold marks, color unevenness, electrode offset and packaging defects. It applies to consumer electronics, wearable devices, foldable mobile phone manufacturing and automotive display module production industries, and can be integrated into automated flexible panel production lines for online full inspection or used as offline inspection equipment for finished product sampling.
