The inspection accuracy reaches ±0.01mm, supporting the detection of tiny defects that are difficult to spot with the naked eye. The maximum detectable workpiece size is 150mm×100mm×50mm, with a detection speed of up to 30 pieces per minute. It is equipped with two 4K 30fps industrial cameras, and the light source can be adjusted between 3000K and 6500K to adapt to different workpiece surface properties. It runs on the Windows 10 embedded operating system, with a 512GB solid-state drive for storing mass quality inspection data, and supports USB 3.0 and Ethernet communication interfaces for data transmission and remote control.
