It supports accurate recognition of more than 10 types of defects such as solder joint virtual soldering, circuit breakage, pin offset, etc., with a detection speed of up to 1200 pieces per hour and a misjudgment rate of less than 0.5%. It is equipped with Windows 10 industrial-grade operating system, supports real-time storage and export of defect data, can be connected to the MES production management system, and has one-click calibration and automatic loading and unloading adaptation functions. It adapts to PCB substrates of various sizes without frequent replacement of tooling fixtures, greatly reducing the debugging time for model switching, and solving the industry pain points of manual detection such as fatigue misjudgment and low efficiency.

The overall dimension of the equipment is 1200x800x1600mm, with a total weight of 180kg. The power supply parameter is AC220V 50/60Hz, and the power consumption is about 1.2kW. The maximum detection area supports 500x500mm PCB boards, with a detection accuracy of ±0.01mm. It is equipped with 4 sets of industrial cameras with a resolution of 2560x1440, and the brightness adjustment range of the light source is 0-100%, supporting auto-focus function. It is equipped with a 15.6-inch industrial touch display, supports USB and Ethernet data transmission interfaces, and reaches the ingress protection rating of IP54, which can adapt to the ordinary dust environment in the workshop.

It is mainly used in the production and manufacturing process of consumer electronics PCB boards, communication base station PCB boards and automotive electronics PCB boards, suitable for appearance quality detection after SMT mounting and before finished product packaging.
