Its built-in AI algorithm is specially optimized for coating defects of lithium battery pole pieces, covering more than 100 types of common defects such as slurry breaking, pinholes, foreign matters and edge deviation. It can be docked with lithium battery coating and slitting production lines, and can detect and mark defect positions in real time, automatically generating coating quality reports. It supports PROFINET communication protocol to connect with industrial control systems, and meets the automotive grade quality management standards.

The maximum detection area is 1200mm*600mm, and the minimum detectable pinhole defect is 0.02mm. The camera resolution is 8 million pixels, and the detection speed is 800cm² per second. The power supply is AC380V 50/60Hz with a power consumption of 2kW. The overall dimensions are 2200*1500*1800mm, and the equipment weight is 1200kg. It supports pole piece thickness of 0.01-0.2mm, and is suitable for continuous pole piece production lines. The positioning accuracy of defect position is no more than 0.05mm, and it has passed CE, ISO14001 and IATF16949 certifications.
