It supports one-key saving of detection templates, which can quickly switch between different stamping parts, reducing model switching time. It has a data statistics and analysis function, which can generate quality reports to help enterprises analyze production problems and improve production processes.

The overall dimension of the equipment is 1000x800x1500mm, with a total weight of 120kg. The power supply parameter is AC220V 50/60Hz, and the power consumption is about 0.8kW. The maximum detection area supports 100x100x50mm hardware stamping parts, with a detection accuracy of ±0.008mm. It is equipped with 3 sets of industrial cameras with a resolution of 3840x2160, and the light source is a high-brightness LED fill light. It is equipped with a 10-inch industrial touch display, supports USB and Ethernet data transmission interfaces, and reaches the ingress protection rating of IP53, which can adapt to the general workshop environment.

It is mainly used for appearance detection of hardware stamping parts such as screws, nuts, brackets and auto parts stamping parts, suitable for hardware processing plants, auto parts manufacturing plants and hardware accessory manufacturers.
