It adopts structured light 3D depth cameras and 2D color cameras, which can simultaneously detect surface defects and 3D size deviations of workpieces, such as deformation, protrusion, depression and misalignment. Its built-in flexible detection algorithm supports rapid switching of detection templates for different workpieces without manually adjusting equipment parameters, and can adapt to the inspection needs of multiple special-shaped workpieces. It can be docked with flexible production lines, adjust inspection parameters in real time, and support 3D visual presentation of defects, helping inspectors quickly locate defect positions and solving the pain point that traditional 2D AOI cannot detect 3D defects.
The maximum detection area is 800mm*600mm*300mm, and the minimum detectable 3D defect is 0.01mm. The resolution of 3D camera is 2048*1536, and the resolution of 2D camera is 5 million pixels. The detection speed is 600cm² per second. The power supply is AC220V 50/60Hz with a power consumption of 2.2kW. The overall dimensions are 2000*1600*1900mm, and the equipment weight is 1100kg. It supports workpiece thickness of 0.5-50mm, and is equipped with a high-precision motion platform with a positioning accuracy of 0.02mm. It supports automatic recognition of workpiece types and switching of detection procedures, and has passed CE, FCC and ISO9001 certifications.
