It supports accurate recognition of thread defects, surface scratches, coating defects and dimensional deviations, with a detection speed of up to 1800 pieces per hour. It is equipped with a vibrating plate automatic feeding mechanism, which can realize continuous and stable feeding of fasteners. It has a thread detection function, which can accurately detect the quality of threads, avoiding the flow of unqualified fasteners into the market. It supports data upload to the automotive production management system, facilitating enterprise quality traceability.
The overall dimension of the equipment is 2000x1200x1600mm, with a total weight of 280kg. The power supply parameter is AC380V 50Hz, and the power consumption is about 2.5kW. The applicable fastener size range is M3-M20 bolts and nuts, with a thread detection accuracy of ±0.02mm. It is equipped with 4 sets of industrial cameras with a resolution of 2560x1440, and the light source is a high-brightness LED fill light. It is equipped with a 15.6-inch industrial touch display, supports Ethernet and RS485 data transmission interfaces, and reaches the ingress protection rating of IP65, complying with the hygiene standards of automotive parts workshops.

It is mainly used for appearance and quality detection of automotive fasteners such as bolts, nuts and studs, suitable for automotive parts manufacturing plants, automotive supporting component factories and automotive assembly plants.
