It adopts dual-camera synchronous acquisition technology, the shadowless LED light source eliminates reflective interference during detection, and the AI algorithm optimizes defect recognition accuracy to 99.8%. It supports offline programming and online linkage with production lines, solving the problems of strong subjectivity and missed detection caused by manual fatigue. It can also generate detection reports for production process analysis, and has one-click template switching for different PCB specifications to meet diversified production needs.

The maximum detection range is 500×500mm, with two speed gears: 1800pcs/h standard mode and 2200pcs/h high-speed mode. The camera resolution is 4096×2160, the color temperature of the light source is adjustable from 5000-6500K, and the operating power consumption is ≤1.8kW. It supports Ethernet interface docking with MES systems, the body is made of cold-rolled steel with anti-rust coating, and the protection grade is IP30. It also supports data export in CSV format for production management.

It is applicable to the appearance defect detection of PCB rigid boards, flexible boards and rigid-flex combined boards in the inner layer, outer layer and finished board processes. It covers electronic assembly factories, PCB contract manufacturing factories and electronic component distributors, and can be docked with SMT production lines to realize fully automated inspection processes, meeting the high-precision testing requirements of electronic manufacturing enterprises.
