This device adopts 4 sets of high-definition industrial cameras with combined LED light sources to achieve dead-zone-free full-surface inspection of capsules. The ±0.005mm ultra-high detection accuracy can capture tiny capsule cracks and color difference. Equipped with Windows industrial-grade operating system, it supports one-click input of new specification capsule inspection templates. It has built-in automatic sorting and rejection function to automatically separate unqualified capsules into defective material bins. The maximum inspection speed can reach 300 pieces per minute, adapting to all specifications of pharmaceutical capsules from size 00 to 5. The fully enclosed sanitary design meets the cleanliness requirements of pharmaceutical production, easy to clean and disinfect to avoid cross-contamination.

It is fitted with 4 sets of 12-megapixel industrial CMOS cameras, using ring light and side light combination to accurately identify tiny cracks and color difference on capsule surfaces. The feeding mode uses vibrating disc and rotating tray to realize directional arrangement and continuous feeding of capsules, adapting to capsule size range of 00 to 5. The overall body dimensions are 1000mm length * 700mm width * 1300mm height, total weight of about 280kg. The power input is AC110/220V 50/60Hz with maximum power of 0.9kW, protection level of IP65. It supports Ethernet data transmission, can export daily quality inspection reports and defect statistics, the conveying parts are made of food and medicine grade stainless steel meeting USP and EP pharmaceutical production standards, and supports fast replacement of feeding trays and inspection templates.
It is mainly applied in pharmaceutical manufacturing factories, capsule contract processing enterprises, health product production workshops and other scenarios, used for inspecting various pharmaceutical capsules and health care product capsules including gelatin capsules, vegetable capsules, soft capsules. Detectable defects include capsule surface cracks, uneven color difference, missing particles, deformation and depression, sealing cracking, stain residue, dimensional over-tolerance and other issues.
