The inspection accuracy reaches ±0.02mm, supporting the detection of tiny scratches and dents as small as 0.1mm. The maximum detectable workpiece size is 800mm×600mm×300mm, suitable for most common auto parts such as car doors, bumpers, and engine covers. The detection speed is up to 15 pieces per minute, which can meet the rhythm of medium-volume auto parts production. It is equipped with 6 4K 30fps industrial cameras and 3 3D point cloud scanners with a scanning accuracy of ±0.01mm. The light source can be adjusted in 12 different angles, with a brightness range of 2000lux-15000lux. It runs on the industrial Windows embedded system, with a 2TB industrial solid-state drive for storing mass inspection data, and supports Ethernet and TCP/IP communication interfaces for docking with auto production line control systems.
