It adopts an industrial Linux embedded system with stable operation, and supports remote monitoring and fault diagnosis. The built-in AI algorithm can automatically learn and identify new packaging defects, and the touch man-machine interface is simple and easy to operate, allowing workers to get started quickly.

The detectable packaging width ranges from 10mm to 500mm, adapting to most small and medium-sized packaging specifications. The maximum detection speed is 120 packs per minute, which can meet the production rhythm of high-speed packaging lines. It is equipped with 4 2K 60fps industrial cameras and 1 3D line scan camera, with a light source brightness adjustable from 1000lux to 10000lux. It runs on the industrial Linux embedded system, with a 1TB industrial solid-state drive for storing long-term quality inspection data, and supports Ethernet, Profinet and RS485 communication interfaces for docking with various production line control systems.
