The chlorinated rubber modified epoxy formula has excellent adhesion to ship steel substrates, forming a dense and wear-resistant protective film. It has ultra-long salt spray resistance of more than 8000 hours, which far exceeds the industry average level, and can effectively resist the erosion of salt spray and seawater. The thick film type coating can provide long-term stable protection for up to 10-15 years, reducing the frequency of ship maintenance and coating renovation. It meets the IMO marine coating safety standards, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations.

The dry film thickness is controlled between 0.12-0.15 Millimeters, and the solid content is 72±2%, which ensures the protective effect and durability of the coating. It has a temperature resistance range of -10℃ to 60℃, adapting to the temperature changes of marine environments. The salt spray resistance test lasts more than 8000 hours, which meets the strict anti-corrosion requirements of marine scenarios. It meets the IMO MSC.1/Circ.1440 international maritime safety standards, and is suitable for ship steel plates, decks and ship sides.

This coating is widely used in ocean-going ships, offshore drilling platforms, port wharfs, yachts and other marine metal facilities. It can effectively protect the surface of ship substrates from corrosion caused by seawater immersion, salt spray and marine humidity, ensuring the safety and service life of marine facilities. It is suitable for both new ship construction and old ship anti-corrosion renovation projects.
