Compared with traditional lubricating coatings, this coating uses food-grade PTFE powder as the main raw material, with a friction coefficient of only 0.05-0.15, which can greatly reduce the friction between components and avoid jamming and wear. The coating has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, can resist most acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and can withstand a maximum working temperature of 260℃. It can be cured at room temperature without additional heating, and the construction is convenient. The coating complies with FDA and LFGB food contact certifications, and can be used for slide rails and conveying rollers of food processing equipment, adapting to a variety of substrates including plastic and metal. In addition, the coating surface is smooth, which can reduce material adhesion and improve production efficiency.

The coating thickness range is 0.05mm to 0.15mm, and the dry film dosage per square meter is about 0.06-0.12kg. Before construction, the substrate needs to be degreased and derusted, with roughness controlled at Ra25-Ra50μm. The curing time at room temperature is 24-48 hours, and the surface flatness of the coating can reach Ra0.4μm. Transparent, black or white coating options are available according to needs. The coating has a service life of 3-5 years under normal use conditions, and can be repaired locally if partially worn.

It is mainly used for furniture slide rails, industrial bearings, conveying rollers of food processing equipment, guide rollers of packaging machinery and other scenarios requiring low friction and wear protection. It can also be used for sliding components of medical equipment, achieving maintenance-free lubrication, reducing equipment maintenance costs and downtime, and improving production efficiency. It is suitable for food processing, packaging, furniture and other industries that require low friction and clean production environments.
