The coating has excellent wear resistance, with a dry film wear resistance index of only 0.005g/1000r, and can withstand the rolling friction of heavy vehicles and equipment, with a service life of more than 5 years. The coating has strong adhesion, can firmly adhere to concrete, steel and wooden substrates, and is not easy to peel off. In addition, the coating has excellent anti-slip performance, which can improve the safety of ground walking, and the color can be selected according to the needs of enterprises to improve the aesthetics of the workshop environment.
The solid content of the coating is 60±2%, and the dry film coating area per gallon is about 3-4 square meters (calculated by 0.2mm thickness). Before construction, the ground needs to be polished and cleaned to remove oil and floating dust. The construction adopts roller coating or scraping coating process, and it is applied in 2-3 layers, with an interval of 6-8 hours between each layer. It can be touch-dried in 2 hours at room temperature, fully hardened in 24 hours, can withstand light traffic, and can withstand heavy traffic after 7 days. The coating has a self-leveling performance, and the surface flatness can reach Ra1.0μm after construction.
