Made of nano-grade tungsten carbide powder, this coating has 12% higher hardness and 18% lower wear rate than traditional tungsten carbide coatings, and has excellent impact wear resistance. The unique high-temperature sintering process ensures the metallurgical bonding between the coating and the substrate without the risk of peeling and falling off. It is compatible with a variety of metal substrates and can be constructed without special pretreatment. It has passed ROHS and ISO 9001 certifications, meets environmental protection production standards, and can greatly reduce the frequency of spare parts replacement and manual maintenance costs of enterprises, and is suitable for long-term use in extreme working conditions.

The coating has a hardness of HRA 88-92, a wear rate of ≤0.002g/1000r, a customizable coating thickness range of 0.1-5mm, an adhesion strength of ≥60MPa, a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 650℃, a salt spray corrosion resistance of Grade 9 according to ASTM B117, a curing temperature range of 1000-1200℃, and the construction method is arc spraying or flame spraying. The packaging specifications are 1kg/bucket and 5kg/bucket, which meet the packaging standards of marine dangerous goods.

It is mainly applied to easily worn components such as mining crusher hammer heads, rolling mill production line rolls, power industry boiler pipes, engineering machinery buckets, etc., which can extend the service life of components by 3-5 times, greatly reduce the equipment maintenance costs of heavy industry enterprises, and are widely suitable for high wear-resistant industry scenarios such as metallurgy, coal, electric power and engineering machinery manufacturing.
