The biggest advantage of this coating is its zero VOC and environmental protection performance, meeting the EU Ecolabel certification, which is very suitable for indoor and closed production places. It has excellent weather resistance, can resist UV radiation, rain and snow corrosion, and can maintain stable performance in outdoor harsh environments. The coating has good adhesion to concrete, steel and other substrates, and will not peel off after long-term exposure to the outdoors. It can be constructed by brush, roller or spray, which is convenient and fast, and the construction cost is low. The coating forms a dense inorganic protective layer, which can effectively resist the wear caused by pedestrian and vehicle rolling, and reduce the generation of floor dust.

This coating is a single-component water-based coating, which can be directly used after stirring evenly. The mixing ratio is 1:0 without curing agent. The dry film thickness can be adjusted between 0.5mm and 1.0mm according to construction needs. The coating has a density of 1.8g/cm³, and the drying time is 2 hours for surface drying and 24 hours for full curing at room temperature. Each drum contains 25kg of coating material, which can cover an area of about 25-30 square meters when constructed with a 0.6mm thick dry film. The coating has excellent flame retardant performance, reaching the UL-94 V-0 level, and is suitable for places with strict fire protection requirements.

This coating is mainly used for the wear-resistant and anti-corrosion protection of factory floors, warehouse floors, parking lots, steel structures, bridge piers and concrete walls. Typical application scenarios include the floor of auto repair shops, the outer wall of steel workshops, and the concrete surface of port terminals. It can effectively reduce the wear of the substrate caused by heavy vehicles and pedestrian flow, extend the service life of the ground and structures, and improve the hygiene and safety of the working environment.
