Adopting a modified polyurethane elastomer formula, it combines high wear resistance and excellent flexibility, with an elongation at break of more than 300%, which can adapt to the bending and stretching deformation of flexible substrates such as rubber and canvas without coating cracking. It is thinner than traditional rubber coatings and will not affect the flexibility of the substrate. It has strong adhesion, which can firmly attach to rubber, plastic, canvas and other substrates, and will not fall off after long-term use. It has excellent oil resistance and can be used in oil-containing industrial scenarios. The room temperature curing process is easy to construct and does not require additional heating equipment, suitable for on-site repair operations.

The coating thickness ranges from 20μm to 80μm according to the usage scenario. It is compatible with natural rubber, synthetic rubber, canvas, PVC/PE plastic substrates. The hardness is Shore A 60-70. The tensile strength is ≥12MPa. The elongation at break is ≥300%. The adhesion meets ASTM D3359 4B grade. The temperature resistance range is -40℃ to 80℃, suitable for low-temperature outdoor environments. It passes 5000 cycles of Taber wear test (CS-10 grinding wheel, 500g load) without obvious wear. The oil resistance complies with GB/T 1690 standard, with no swelling or peeling after soaking in engine oil for 72 hours. The coating area per kilogram is about 15-20 square meters (50μm thickness). It supports scraping coating and air spraying. It is fully cured at room temperature for 24 hours.

It is suitable for coating repair of rubber conveyor belts, wear-resistant protection of canvas conveyor belts, coating of mine rubber hoses, wear-resistant treatment of plastic rollers, and component protection of flexible conveying equipment. It can be widely used in mining, logistics, agricultural machinery and other industries, improving the service life of flexible substrate components and reducing component replacement due to wear.
