The bio-stable formula reduces bacterial growth, eliminating the need for frequent addition of bactericides and extending the service life of the cutting fluid.

The viscosity at 40℃ is 32 cSt, the pH value ranges from 7.5 to 8.5, and the use concentration is 4-7%. It passes the 72-hour copper discoloration test, does not contain active sulfur, and has a foam value of less than 40mL after 5 minutes. The operating temperature range is 5-60℃, and it is compatible with 10-100μm filters. The flash point is higher than 190℃, the density is 0.88g/cm³, and it does not contain nitrite, formaldehyde or heavy metal additives, complying with EU ROHS standards.
It is suitable for turning, milling, drilling, grinding, stamping and other processing of copper, brass and bronze. It is widely used in the processing of hardware copper fasteners, electronic connector copper parts, plumbing copper fittings, decorative copper products and other industries. It is especially suitable for precision processing scenarios requiring high surface finish and color consistency, effectively avoiding oxidation and discoloration of copper workpieces after processing and improving product pass rate.
