It is compounded with fully synthetic base oil and special polyether additives without mineral oil components, with excellent high and low temperature stability, which can withstand the instantaneous high temperature above 1000℃ during titanium alloy cutting. The original high-temperature lubricating film technology forms a stable lubricating protective layer on the tool and titanium alloy workpiece surface, effectively reducing cutting resistance and extending the service life of cemented carbide tools by more than 50%. It has a weakly alkaline pH value, inhibiting metal corrosion during processing and avoiding rust on equipment parts. It also has low foam characteristics, suitable for high-pressure cooling cutting systems.

It is a fully synthetic cutting fluid with a cooling efficiency of 1500W/(m·K) and industrial grade 10 extreme pressure lubricity level. The pH value ranges from 8.5 to 9.5, with 85% biodegradation rate within 28 days, and a closed flash point above 200℃. It is available in 5-gallon drums and 200-gallon IBC ton barrels, with a product density of 1.02g/cm³. The cutting fluid to water ratio is 1:30, applicable workpiece hardness range is 300-500HV, and it is compatible with high-pressure cooling CNC machining centers and five-axis linkage machine tools.
It is mainly used in aerospace titanium alloy landing gear processing, military parts precision milling, high-temperature alloy turbine blade grinding and other high-end metal processing scenarios, only applicable to high-strength difficult-to-machine metal materials. It needs to be used with special high-pressure cooling processing equipment, meeting the high-precision and high-stability cutting requirements of difficult-to-machine metals, and serving high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace, military industry and new energy aviation parts.
