It adopts a non-nitrite environment-friendly formula without phenol and other harmful components, complying with EU REACH environmental protection standards to reduce production pollution and employee health risks. The original extreme pressure anti-wear additive system forms a stable lubricating film on the tool and workpiece surface, effectively reducing cutting resistance and tool wear by over 30%. The pH control technology optimized for aluminum alloys avoids local corrosion and color spots, ensuring the machined surface roughness reaches below Ra0.8μm. It also has excellent antibacterial stability to extend the service cycle of cutting fluid and reduce waste liquid discharge frequency.

It is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid with a cooling efficiency of 1200W/(m·K) and industrial grade 8 lubricity level. The pH value ranges from 8.2 to 9.0, with 92% biodegradation rate within 28 days, and a closed flash point above 150℃. It is available in 5-gallon drums and 55-gallon drums, with a product density of 0.92g/cm³ and freezing point of -12℃. The applicable workpiece hardness range is 100-200HV, and it is compatible with conventional CNC processing equipment.
It is mainly used in aerospace aluminum alloy parts processing, automobile aluminum alloy hub production, 3C consumer electronics aluminum alloy shell milling and grinding. It can adapt to vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, Swiss-style lathes and other CNC equipment, especially suitable for high-speed cutting and precision drilling high-precision processing scenarios, helping processing enterprises solve common problems in aluminum alloy processing and meeting workshop environmental emission requirements.
