It adopts a micro-emulsion formula with smaller emulsified particles, better cooling performance and lubrication effect, and stronger stability without delamination deterioration. It adds broad-spectrum rust inhibitors, effectively preventing rust problems during the processing of multiple metal materials without additional rust inhibitors. It has low foam characteristics, suitable for circulating cooling systems, reducing cleaning costs caused by foam overflow. It does not contain nitrite, phenol and other harmful components, complying with EU REACH environmental protection standards, safe and non-toxic, meeting the environmental requirements of modern production.

It is a micro-emulsion cutting fluid with a cooling efficiency of 1100W/(m·K) and industrial grade 7 lubricity level. The pH value ranges from 8.0 to 9.0, with 88% biodegradation rate within 28 days, and a closed flash point above 130℃. It is available in 5-gallon drums and 55-gallon drums, with a product density of 0.93g/cm³. The cutting fluid to water ratio is 1:18, applicable workpiece hardness range is 100-300HV, and it is compatible with all conventional metal processing equipment including lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and grinders.
It is mainly used in multi-material mixed processing scenarios of small and medium-sized hardware processing plants, such as mixed material processing of auto parts, batch production of hardware accessories, parts processing of electromechanical equipment. It can meet the cutting, grinding and drilling processes of carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, cast iron and other materials at the same time, without replacing cutting fluid according to workpiece materials, greatly simplifying enterprise production management processes, reducing procurement and inventory costs, and suitable for multi-variety and small-batch processing production enterprises.
