It adopts food-grade base oil and non-ionic emulsifier, fully complying with FDA 21 CFR Part 178 standards without any toxic and harmful substances, and will not pollute food contact surfaces. It has balanced cooling and lubrication performance, effectively reducing workpiece processing temperature and tool wear and ensuring machining surface finish. Its pH value is close to neutral, avoiding corrosion to equipment and workpieces, and it has excellent antibacterial performance to extend the service cycle of cutting fluid. It is fully biodegradable, and waste liquid can be directly treated by biochemical treatment, meeting environmental protection emission requirements and reducing enterprise environmental treatment costs.

It is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid with a cooling efficiency of 1000W/(m·K) and industrial grade 7 lubricity level. The pH value ranges from 7.0 to 8.0, with 95% biodegradation rate within 28 days, and a closed flash point above 100℃. It is available in 1-gallon bottles and 10-gallon drums, with a product density of 0.95g/cm³. The cutting fluid to water ratio is 1:15, applicable to stainless steel, aluminum alloy, food-contact plastics and other materials, and compatible with conventional lathes, milling machines, grinders and other processing equipment.
It is mainly used in milling and drilling of food processing machinery parts, grinding and polishing of stainless steel tableware, surface treatment of food-grade metal containers, and parts processing of catering equipment. It can be safely used in all food processing links without worrying about cutting fluid residue polluting food, and meets workshop environmental requirements, providing a compliant and safe cutting fluid solution for food-contact metal processing enterprises.
