The core technical highlight is the four-ball test weld load of 400kgf, which has ultra-strong extreme pressure performance suitable for high-hardness stainless steel processing. The boron-based anti-wear formula can reduce tool wear by more than 45% compared with ordinary cutting fluids, extending tool service life significantly. The special anti-sticking formula reduces chip adhesion on tools and workpieces, improving the surface finish of processed parts. The formula does not contain chlorine additives, reducing environmental and health hazards, and is suitable for precision and heavy-duty stainless steel processing scenarios.

The viscosity at 40℃ is 68 cSt, the pH value ranges from 9.2 to 10.0, and the use concentration is 6-10%. It has a four-ball weld load of 400kgf, passes the ISO 9227 Grade 8 rust protection test, and has an anti-wear additive content of 8-10%. The operating temperature range is 10-70℃, and it is compatible with 15-200μm filters. The flash point is higher than 210℃, the density is 0.92g/cm³, and it does not contain nitrite, formaldehyde or heavy metal additives.
It is suitable for turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding and other processing of stainless steel and high-alloy steel. It is widely used in the processing of aerospace stainless steel components, medical equipment stainless steel parts, food machinery stainless steel components and hardware stainless steel products. It is especially suitable for high-load precision processing scenarios, effectively solving common problems in stainless steel processing and improving processing efficiency and product pass rate.
