Its excellent thermal conductivity quickly removes heat from the processing area, reducing workpiece thermal deformation and extending tool life by more than 35% compared to conventional fluids. It complies with ISO 14001 environmental standards and has low VOC emissions, suitable for high-end precision processing scenarios, reducing enterprise tool replacement costs and downtime.

The density is 0.87 g/cm³ at 20°C, with a kinematic viscosity of 18 mm²/s at 40°C. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:25 with deionized water, with a flash point of 240°C and an antirust rating of 9.0/10. It complies with ISO 6528 high-pressure jet test standards, and each product is packaged in a 20L food-grade HDPE drum, which is recyclable and meets AS9100 aerospace quality standards.
