This cutting fluid adopts a special extreme pressure additive formula, which enhances the lubrication effect between the tool and the workpiece, reducing tool wear during cast iron processing. Its efficient chip removal performance avoids chip buildup, improving processing accuracy. The mild, low-irritation odor reduces worker discomfort during use, and the medium foam level is suitable for conventional spray cooling systems. It does not contain heavy metals, meeting environmental protection requirements, and extends the service life of the cutting fluid, reducing waste discharge and processing costs for enterprises.
The density is 0.92 g/cm³ at 20°C, with a kinematic viscosity of 15 mm²/s at 40°C. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:15 with deionized water, with a flash point of 185°C and an antirust rating of 8.8/10. It complies with ASTM D665 antirust test standards, and each product is packaged in a 20L standard HDPE drum, which is reusable and meets ISO 9001 quality system certification requirements.
This cutting fluid is suitable for conventional and CNC milling, drilling and other processing technologies. It is widely used in general machinery manufacturing cast iron parts processing, hardware tool carbon steel blank processing, automotive engine cast iron cylinder block and crankshaft processing, agricultural machinery parts casting processing, and is ideal for mass production assembly line operations.
