The core technical highlight of this product is its excellent underwater curing performance, which can be cured normally in freshwater and seawater without the need for drying the construction surface. The water-curable epoxy resin matrix has excellent adhesion to wet and underwater surfaces, and the ceramic particles are uniformly distributed to improve the wear resistance and structural strength of the cured coating. It has excellent seawater corrosion resistance, avoiding degradation of bonding performance caused by long-term immersion in seawater, and the cured coating has excellent fatigue resistance, adapting to the vibration and water pressure changes of underwater equipment.

The density of the fully cured coating is 2.35g/cm³, with a viscosity of 9000-12000mPa·s at 25℃ before curing. The operating time at 25℃ is 50-70 minutes, and the initial curing is completed in 8h, with full curing achieved after 72h both in air and underwater. The underwater tensile bond strength between steel substrates is 6MPa, and the compressive strength reaches 95MPa, meeting the repair requirements of underwater equipment. The thickness of the constructed coating can be adjusted from 2mm to 15mm according to the actual underwater working conditions.
This product is mainly used for underwater equipment repair and marine engineering protection, including underwater pipeline repair, wharf concrete structure wear protection, ship hull corrosion and wear repair, underwater hydraulic equipment repair, aquaculture facility protection and other underwater scenarios. It can also be used for repair and protection of water storage tanks, swimming pools and other underwater structures, providing reliable protective layers for underwater equipment and marine structures.
