The polyurethane modified epoxy resin matrix has excellent flexibility and impact resistance, avoiding brittle cracking under vibration and impact. The ceramic particle filling is uniform, improving the wear resistance of the cured coating, and the product has good oil resistance, suitable for equipment in the machinery manufacturing and logistics industries. The two-component formula is easy to mix, with a clear mixing ratio, reducing construction errors.

The density of the fully cured coating is 2.25g/cm³, with a viscosity of 6000-9000mPa·s at 25℃ before curing. The operating time at 25℃ is 20-30 minutes, and the initial curing is completed in 30 minutes, with full curing achieved after 18h. The tensile bond strength between steel substrates is 7.5MPa, and the compressive strength reaches 110MPa, meeting the repair requirements of most industrial equipment. The thickness of the constructed coating can be adjusted from 1mm to 10mm according to the actual repair needs, and it has excellent resistance to water and mineral oil corrosion.
